Alright, I'm 19 but I remember being a 14 year old girl all too well. It sounds like you should act fast before you end up in this toxic place referred to as the "friend zone". She seems as though she is incredibly comfortable with you and she does seem to have a slight interest. What you should do is embellish on that and find out her true feelings. For example, if she gets especially cute for school, tell her she looks beautiful and observe her reaction. Make sure to avoid over- complementing her however. When you're in a group of people [especially being more than one girl], give the most attention to this girl. Pick on her jokingly and tease her, trust me, even at 19 girls still love that ha ha. Ease into things a little, like put your arm around her and if you hug her, hug her a little longer than normal and analyze her responses. If she seems uncomfortable or holds back a little, chances are she just wants to be friends. If she reciprocates and acts more flirty towards you, make a move. The best 14 year old move ever is having a one on one movie night at one of your houses. "The Notebook" is a really good one, even if you don't like chick flicks. Just inch in closer to her, and try holding her hand. If she lets you, try cuddling with her. If she responds well, kiss her. If that works well, she's hooked. REMEMBER-space things out, don't be forceful and overwhelm her, there's nothing girls dislike more than guys coming on too strongly. It might scare her off. Best of luck, tell me how it goes!
