Help with a clingy friend!?

Not trying to be modest - but I think I'm a nice person. But this one girl I know is SO obsessed with me! She's always hugging me, telling me she loves be and that I'm really beautiful 24/7! It's so irritating! I'm not trying to be harsh, I like having friend but not ones that are ALWAYS texting me and saying how lovely I am. I really don't want to hurt her feelings but how do I get her off my back? I don't like ehr!
