Sounds like she has some kind of feeling for you, maybe next time your pissed try kiss her and I she pulls out you can just blame it on having too much to drink. If she kisses you on te cheak make sure you move in to get with her or he might think your not interested. When he smiled at you for lifting her skirt sounds like a cheeky smile which means she probably liked it. When your holding her knee try move slowly up and see what her reaction is if it's good then carry on.
